The architecture of St Paul's Girls' School in Hammersmith, London is central to the identity of the school. The staff, students and wider school community consider architect Gerard Horsley's stunning designs for the school, particularly the main exterior façade, iconic and emblematic of the school's distinctive character. We made use of photographs and site visits to develop a set of illustrations for multiple applications, including printed merchandise. The final wood-cut style illustration was used for paper bags and then developed for an email newsletter header, an incongruous yet quirky twist to apply a wood-cut style print for a digital graphic.
