Email addresses, names and minimal personal details as needed about individuals for the purposes of preparing, executing and completing your design project about your business or organisation; account details of your business for invoicing etc. Jamjar Creative Limited will not usually collect data from you that is not already clearly in the public domain on your business or organisation website. Jamjar Creative Limited does not collect sensitive data.

What is done with your information?

Your information is stored in electronic form as needed for the duration of Jamjar Creative's work with your business. This information is stored for a limited period of time after completion of a project or contract in case future contact is required for a previous or new project. Jamjar Creative does not carry out profiling, data monitoring, evaluation or scoring.

Security

Jamjar Creative Limited is committed to ensuring the security of your information and has put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to keep your information safe and prevent unauthorised access or disclosure. Risks to the rights and freedoms of data subjects are managed by the limited retention of limited data. This is held securely using password protection and secure physical access.
