Rhodes Scholar
The Rhodes Scholar magazine is a new publication for The Rhodes Trust. We worked with the Communications Manager to design the magazine to reflect the dynamic Rhodes community both past and present. Core fonts, colours and layout give the magazine a discrete identity but each spread was given a different graphic treatment to evoke the vibrant and distinct character of Rhodes scholars.
To give the launch issue a stand-out cover, we developed and drew an illustrative visual, drawing on key feature articles from the magazine and placing these on a street map of Oxford (with Oxford iconic landmarks, Rhodes House being in the centre), to guide the reader into the magazine, and to help them call to mind their time in Oxford as a Rhodes scholar.
