Campaign design for a set of medical device brochures
The brief from Orthofix was to design a series of mailers to introduce the technology and benefits of their PhysioStim product. The strapline 'simplicity and versatility that heals' demanded a clean design for the product to be the focus. For the cover image, we worked with the photograph of the device being used by a patient, thus the text 'keep moving keep healing' needed no more explanation or graphic explanation.
The photography supplied by Orthofix was great. We created cutouts of the photographs and used these in a irregular layout to create interest and to allow for the design of the setting graphics to express the features of the product. We demonstrated the electromagnetic pulse generated by the product as waves and spheres to show the coverage of the pulses and so the benefits of the device. Text was kept to a minimum; the product imagery with the design told the story.
