The brief was to design a logo that could be used successfully for social media as well as to include the key elements of the new initiative: that the group would meet at 6pm; that it had physical location and that it was for the alumnae and school community. The current and past school community colloquially refer to the school as 'City' hence it was important to use this term rather than the full school name. The logo includes a 'pin' visual device to suggest place, and the '6' takes the position of 6 on an analogue clock.
